No Refunds or Returns Policy

All sales are final. Refunds or returns are not accepted for any MiX products or services unless:

  • The product arrives defective or damaged.
  • The wrong item was received.

As MiX service is limited to connecting buyers and sellers (e.g. at no time, MiX will take possessions of good in any transaction), MiX, if notified (through the MiX website) within 7 days of receipt, will attempt to rectify the matter between the Seller, Buyer and Shipping Company. In any case, MiX compensation will be limited to the transaction fee collected.
